This blog is an example of the blog you should create over the various regions and habitats of Missouri. Besides the various ecosystems of the state, this will also act as your online journal to post photographs of your findings in the field, and any unknown finds you may come across.
Unknown Flower
This flower was photographed last spring. As you can see it has blueish-white flowers on a long stalk. Its leaves were narrow and grass-like. I photographed it near Mina Sauk Falls State Park in Southeast Missouri. The habitat was almost a glade but near the forest edge.
